Upton County Sheriff's Office (Patrol Deputy Position)

The Upton County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Patrol Deputy.

Duties: Be able to independently handle calls for service, conduct investigations to completion and transport prisoners along with any other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic Peace Officer License in good standing with TCOLE.
  • Valid Texas Driver License with excellent driving history.
  • Prior experience as a Patrol Deputy is preferred

Deputies work a schedule of three on three off – four on four off rotating monthly with 8 hrs guaranteed overtime per paycheck.
