Crane County Sheriff's Office (Patrol Deputy Position)

The Crane County Sheriff’s Office is recruiting for the position of Patrol Deputy.

You will be asked to perform a variety of task to include Patrol and Investigative work. We are looking for a proactive Deputy who will make a difference in the community that he or she works and lives in.

     Starting pay $20.00 an hour plus comp and over time, including holiday pay.
     Must be a Tcole Certified Peace Officer – 21 years of age or older and a U.S. Citizen
     Fully equipped take home patrol vehicles that are equipped with CopSync
     Duty weapons and rifles are provided by the Crane County Sheriff’s Office
     A 3 month FTO Training Program
     Family oriented environment

Crane County Deputies are responsible for enforcing the laws of the State of Texas within Crane County and upholding the Constitution of the United States. This includes the City of Crane and the 794 square miles of rural and county roads that are within Crane County.
